Notice of Right to Opt Out
Last updated: July 23, 2026
You have the right to tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, and to stop contacting you. This page explains, in plain language, how to do that.
What Opting Out Means
When you submit a form on this site, we provide your information to licensed insurance agents and partners so they can contact you about the coverage you asked about. If you opt out, we will stop providing your information to new partners and will process your request to be removed from our marketing lists.
How to Opt Out
Send an email to opt-out@bestcoverageplans.com with the subject line "Opt Out". In the body of the email, include:
- Your full name;
- The phone number you submitted on our site;
- The email address you submitted on our site.
We need this information to find and remove your records. We will process opt-out requests promptly, and no later than 15 business days after receipt.
Stopping Calls You Already Consented To
If you previously agreed to receive calls or texts and want them to stop, you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can reply "STOP" to any text message, tell any caller that you no longer wish to be contacted, or email us at opt-out@bestcoverageplans.com. Note that partners who already received your information maintain their own do-not-call lists; telling a caller directly, or emailing us so we can forward your request, is the fastest way to stop contact from a specific partner.
No Penalty for Opting Out
Opting out is free, and we will never discriminate against you or deny you service because you exercised this right.
